A few weeks ago Tesla issued a statement regarding the HPWC fuse problem in that they are too sensitive and that all users need to roll back the amps charging to 60amp until they can fix the problem. I had solar city replace the fused three times before this alert was issued. Hope this helps.

I got a spare for my S, 19" rim and tire for $250 from the San Diego SC. Since some of the first that came out did not have the 21" that were ordered they were sent out with 19. Might want to check with your local SC.
