Although it is not on Tesla's website map yet, it comes up as active on the site's search for supercharger location feature if you enter Alexandria, LA. I haven't checked my car yet.

The last information I had (about a week old now) is that no construction permit has been issued in Monroe although the site (at the east end of Pecanland Mall) has been selected. On the other hand, a permit has been issued in Meridian, MS, and a site has been selected. So Meridian may be next.
