I normally wouldn’t go first party, but Tesla stuff is so different because you can’t go anywhere for service. So I decided to keep it in house (I was in for unrelated service when they sold me on new tires. It was already in the shop)

It feels like Tesla should mention that they don’t offer that when spending two grand on tires. So the lesson learned is don’t buy tires at Tesla, which seems backwards to me.

I had a 2013 Kia Optima EX. Truecar, Cars.com and Vroom offered $6500. Tesla offered $5000. Then I hit up Carvana and they paid my $8300 for it. I was blown away. Definitely recommend Carvana.

My June one was the same as today’s but 10 days instead of 7. Are you white interior?

I only have limited experience but you order online and then a few days later you get a text saying “we will be building your car within 10 days” and then 12 days later you get another text saying “we will be building your car within 7 days” Not sure what’s next.

Got an update from Tesla text... Now it'll be built in 7 days (it was 10 days on the 2nd). So yeah - definitely production delays.
