Just had a call from Tesla. It's now fixed. The chap said they are working through a list as several cars have had the same problem so hopefully you'll be sorted soon!

Same happened to me last Saturday. Collected the car in the morning and all was ok, then after downloading a game update when I got home it lost premium connectivity. Tried a reboot but didn't fix it. Logged a service call on Monday and awaiting a fix.

I've noticed this since the latest update on a pre heat pump M3. Went out yesterday morning, 5 degrees and had the blue snow flake symbol displayed, but had almost full regen available.

I had my meters installed in May. The electric one is working fine but the gas meter has never sent readings to Octopus so I have to do a manual reading. I've emailed them several times about it but still no fix.

Last time I booked a service in Birmingham i had the option of mobile service in the app. Tried to book another mobile appointment last week for a minor rattle and the option isn't there anymore and you have to select a service centre now.

I upgraded mine. I'm with Direct Line, they said it didn't affect my policy but have just added a note to say I've got it. Premium unchanged.

You can switch to Octopus and request a new SMETS2 meter. You can go on their standard or tracker tarrif while you wait for it to be installed then they will move you to Go or Agile.

Wasn't sure if it did or not. I got 2020.28.1 this morning and have just done a 4 hour charge and it was solid 30A all the way, so looks hopeful!

I'm wondering if this is an early fix version of the 28.x release to fix the16A charging problem that is widespread in the UK and maybe there will be another update soon with more new features. I got the update this morning and will do a charge later to see if it's fixed the problem.

28.1 looks like an early version. Maybe there will be another 28.x update later with some new stuff and this is just a bug fix release..

No new features. Just added polish language and bug fixes. Hopefully there's a fix for the 16A charge bug. Popping out this morning so will try a charge this afternoon.

Just had notification that 2020.28.1 has downloaded to my car. Installing now!

Did mine back in February from Solihull. Told we could go out for up to an hour on our own. Pre programmed route wasn't that long so went off piste out onto some country lanes and had a good blast! Placed my order that evening, got it 2 days before lockdown.

Received update 2020.24.6.4 last night. Just done 3.5 hour charge with no drop in amps at all... first time in 5 weeks it's worked. Don't know if there has been a fix or it's just a fluke!

My first charge on 2020.24.6.1 was a yo-yo for the first half hour. It went 30A to 17A so I reduced the charge to 10A then back to 30A screen using the screen. 5 mins later it was back to 17A again. I checked the app half hour later and it showed the charge rate at 0kw then while I was looking...

After the yo-yo at the start it then charged for over 2.5 hours at 7kw/30A with no further problems until complete at 80%. Still looks to be a problem and have updated Tesla with what happened today as I have a service request on the issue.
