My EDD was the same as yours, it changed today to show no date, but delivery confirmed as my home address. I ordered through work last week and it shows on the Tesla app as ordered date 13th Dec.
For reference to anyone else reading this thread, I fixed my issue by replacing the fuse box. It may sound odd, but in the later pre-facelift models (and all facelift models) the fusebox(s) was changed and the user-serviceable relays that control the wipers were removed and replaced with PCB...
I'll check which fuse tomorrow (i've read that it's F118 but will check). The relays on this version are soldered to the PCB inside the fusebox (assuming yours is the one pictured and not the older version with the two separate fuse boxes)
