She will likely arrive both days. She goes on routes that take her to Zeebrugge regularly She is set to arrive on 1/12-2020 and 15/12-2020 in Zeebrugge per UECC themselves.

US spec and Europe spec Model 3 are not the same, some features added for European market: SOS button & CCS port as examples. So a firm no on that. I've actually been in contact with train trackers previously and they have confirmed Model 3 cars crossing the US, so it is a thing.

Much much much smaller operation in Drammen. Zeebrugge is one of, if not the biggest auto port in the word - it's absolut massive. It's a 25 kilometer drive around the outer perimeter of the port.
