I have been pestering the call centre quite a lot for my X. From what I have gathered the X comes to either Zee or Antwerp then goes to Tilburg, comes back to Zee and gets back on a boat to UK. Very convoluted. Ordered on 3rd Feb, picking up on 20th, got reg today after calling Tesla again...

I emailed my guy at Tesla (he isn't really my guy, he is just a super helpful senior sales adviser), he told me my car is on a boat queuing to leave Belgium. I've just had my appointment confirmation to collect at Dartford on 20th. I guess it must be on the ASIAN KING. Woo hoo

Finally got through to Tesla today, they said they can't see any information on my cars whereabouts now, which means it must be on the boat from Zee. Ummm ok. The guy I spoke to said it should be docking at the end of the week, and be ready for delivery within the next 10 days. So what boats...

Did the ASIAN KING come from Zee?

I'm getting so frustrated, my car came off the Idaho on 24th Feb and I've heard nothing since. Waiting to see if I hear when Morning Cara docks to see if it came across from the Netherlands on her.

I ordered on 3rd Feb. Was told by email when I enquired what my VIN is and which ship I was on. No information since then though. Last I was told is 20th March, or sometime that week.

How long does it usually take to get the car to Tilburg and then to UK? I know the ship my MX was on docked yesterday. My delivery date isn't showing up yet, but I have been told early March.

How do the cars then get to the UK? Any idea on timescale? Am I going to have to watch another ship?

I ordered on 3rd Feb LR Blue with 6 seats, everything else is as standard.

I ordered on 3rd Feb, I spoke via email to the chat who took me out on the test drive to get my VIN and find out which ship I was on, still haven't got a confirmed delivery date on the app.

It's original destination on the marine tracker was showing as Antwerp on the 22nd.

My X is on the MAERSK IDAHO. Does anyone know why the destination change and what that means for expected delivery date. I'm collecting from Dartford and they said first week of March?
