Ordered February 10th, VIN in source on February 29th I think it was, then March 1st I got an email scheduling delivery on March 4th. My best guess is that someone else with the same config (SR+, Red, Black) backed out. Don't understand how else I would have gotten it so quick.

If you can make it into the store on West 4th downtown they apparently usually have them in stock. Just call ahead and have them put one aside. If you cannot get downtown due to timing and work or whatever I will be in there on Wednesday and can pick one up for you. I live near Edmonds station.

Yeah I read it in a similar way. I have the distinct feeling the funds will run out and there will be a few weeks where no one gets the incentive money and then it will start back up. Which is just shitty for anyone buying in that period. Hope they are able to sort it out and eliminate the gap.

It does say "row 1 and 2 only" so I assume it's both. It also isn't that much cheaper than some of the other places you can get it. I have seen them available for $190 in other places, at least for the Model 3.
