I would recommend more solar and 3PW. It's going to be a pain to charge those 4PW up every day. I have 7.7kw and it takes on average 5-6hrs to charge 2 of them.. I don't think you will fully eliminate your demand with that setup, but hey I've been wrong lots before.

They can only mount them as high as the lift goes, which was 40". I tried to mount them higher but was quoted safety concerns etc...
