So I checked - definitely laminated windows. Doesn't look like auto-dimming mirrors. Also doesn't have the glovebox USB like some new ones are apparently getting Tesla Model Y Gets Auto-Dimming Side Mirrors, USB in Glovebox, Metal Scroll Wheels - TeslaNorth.com

Will check for the mirrors, but I do have the laminated windows

How do I identify the laminated windows... not sure on the auto-dimming, how do I check? They do tilt down when backing up..

PIcked up a Y yesterday.. found absolutely zero to complain about. The thing was pretty much flawless.

FYI - I finally got hold of a human at Tesla and got it fixed. Apparently our trade-in (Model S) had both mine and my wife's name on it.. so they were waiting on a copy of her drivers license, but it didn't say so anywhere.

I have the order agreement and lemon law docs.. but no sales contract yet.

Odd - clearing the app data did it. 2.5 years and it's the first time it's glitched out on me. Will do the same to my wife's phone.. thx!

Haven't done anything with the app yet - as it's doing the same thing on both my phone and my wife's.. Not sure why rebooting the car would do much as it's not able to connect to the Tesla servers before hitting the car (it fails on the logon screen). So it's working fine for you?

Anyone else having issues with the app over the last day or two? Tried to search for other threads, but didn't work for me. I keep just getting 'My Tesla Could Not Be Reached At This Time'... has been happening for 2-3 days now.

My wife got blue/tan/lacewood and it's stunning.

Can anyone tell me what size screws the rear license plate holder uses? Ours didn't come with any, and the auto parts store has like 10 different sizes.

Wife asked if there was a way to enable an audible notification when the walk-away locks enabled. I couldn't find anything, but it seems like a logical thing (my Vette has this.. it beeps once when the locks engage after walking away). It would be nice to hear the horn while you walk away so...

Opened a few weeks ago - no sign up yet. Picked ours up on Sat.

Go up to the service center in Marietta and ask nicely if you can look in one of the cars (there's currently 5 or 6 being prepped for delivery). Won't be able to drive, but you can at least look. Bring a napkin to wipe the drool off of your chin, though. "-)

Yet another good reason to just carry a wired headset for use in rental cars.

If you have two phones configured, and both are in the car.. is there a setting for the order in which they connect?

UPDATE: It looks like the bluetooth sync works like BMW/Mercedes.. it seems to actually grab the contacts when you connect, and not keep them forever. I synced my phone and saw my contacts and NOT my wife's list.. so it looks like we're good!

Can anyone confirm this? If so.. this would be perfect!

My wife brought home her MS85 today (officially dubbed 'Kitt'), and I had a question. Her phone synced up nicely and pulled all her contacts. So far, so good. I plan to drive it (as much as she'll let me), but before I pair my phone to it.. is there any way to NOT sync my contacts over? Or...

Yes.. my car does this as well. HVAC fan noise is bad.. open sunroof/windows would be impossible.

I've never been in a car where bluetooth was useful with windows/sunroof open.
