I don't understand why Tesla would deliver production vehicles before so many signature vehicles. If there are issues with some signature cars, wouldn't it make sense to build another one off the line instead of a production car? They could use the faulty signature cars for display or even test...

I was promised a car definitely by end of December. Still waiting for it now. Sig #67X, VIN 29X. Probably the lowest reservation and vin number without a car yet! And I live in the SF bay area close to the Fremont factory.

Did not realize I wasn't allow to say that I saw a few Model X's. I saw a lot of Model S's too. I can delete this thread if that's against NDA.

This was definitely not a standard static display. Like I said, it was the final inspections area with lots of Model S's there too. But the 6 Model X definitely stood out.
