I don't expect my limited regen to go away until April. Every day last winter I was greeted by the yellow dashed lines, even with pre-heating. The positive spin is that it was consistent behaviour , as opposed to some days with full regen and some with limited.

Any drive within 300km (return) from Calgary is quite doable without re-charging, even in winter. There will be trips that can't be done without "changes" to your driving patterns but for me the driving factor of purchasing a Tesla was the other 99% of trips.

Winter range's not so bad once you hit the highway with a warm battery. It's the multiple short trips with a cold soaked battery that really impact your range. Banff, Canmore and Kananaskis have charging options that may provide ample electrons to get home while you have some dinner or a soak...

This thread got me to re-create the conditions and I was able to reproduce the draft. Increased fan speed and the draft was reduced significantly. Wouldn't say no to a retro-fix at the upcoming yearly service appointment.

I likely damaged the blades before the Service Mode option as Calgary was getting an early winter. The Service Mode option, combined with preheating, should eliminate most future circumstances of iced up wipers. I would consider retrofitting rear seat heaters...OTOH the kids likely could use...

Yes they are but I'm not due for the yearly service until May and closest SC is over 1000 kms away. Don't expect a Ranger to fly out for this minor of a repair.

The future location of the Service Center is most likely far away from the downtown core and the river in general so highly doubtful that the flooding will cause any delays.

I said rated for 480 km but real world is more like 350 km. I'm getting around 210 kwh because my 3 yr old son keeps whispering in my ear "go fast". Who am I to deny him the Tesla grin? :smile: I'd be pretty uneasy driving around with only 20 kms left in the battery.
