Thank you! I did chat in last night, got a generic text about an hour later, and no respone when I followed up. I emailed the SA for the fourth time today and still no reply. Maybe I’ll chat in again...

He’s out on vacay until after the new year and I found out when I got his OOO he left the supervisor on his OOO, and he responded once, but nothing since I emailed test day after getting vin in source!!

Not me. If I even get a response, which is half the time, it’s a generic ‘should have your vin soon’. Now that I have vin in source it’s radio silent.
