Anyone actually missing trip info and tyre pressure cards more than heated seats and defroster buttons?

That option in not nearly as convenient as the trip info card since it covers the entire map/navigation info so you can't really leave it active all the time on a trip. That's the real problem for me. We have all the same information as before but now it's just not as usable...

Anyone actually missing trip info and tyre pressure cards more than heated seats and defroster buttons?

We have the heated seats and defroster buttons back on the launch bar where they belong and that's good even for people, like me, that almost never need them, even on winter. But I feel that the trip info card that, on the other hand, I used almost all the time is lost forever. Which is sad...

Everything wrong with V11 update / user interface.

Many of the things you can assign now to a shortcut icon on the main screen are precisely the things you wouldn't mind if they where hidden on a submenu because you should not use them while driving anyway. But they hide things like heated seats or defroster you may need to use while driving...

New update 2021.44.25 adds customizable app launcher like Model S refresh plus other major upgrades to system.

My complains. : 1.- Ridiculous as it sounds you are now forced to open a screen covering the entire map/navigation info if you want to see the odometer (or energy consumption) in real time while driving. And that's on a car with a 15" screen. The trip info card was so nice... I can't believe...

New update 2021.44.25 adds customizable app launcher like Model S refresh plus other major upgrades to system.

Not only the driver profile, now it's the same if you want to know if the dashcam is active... I have no idea why time and temperature are still on the main screen, maybe they left that for the next version...

New update 2021.44.25 adds customizable app launcher like Model S refresh plus other major upgrades to system.

Yes, software updates are always tricky because, as you say, you just can’t satisfy everyone. To be honest, I really believed that people complaining about last year’s UI changes were being a little bit oversensitive and that it was not such a big deal. But now that they have removed the...

New update 2021.44.25 adds customizable app launcher like Model S refresh plus other major upgrades to system.

Are we now unable to see all the time at a glance (on a card), the time, distance and average energy consumption on our current trip while driving? Are we now forced to open a window taking all the screen space and covering the map? If that's the case then it's a huge downgrade in my opinion. I...

Software update 2020.48.26.x update, font size problems

I don't think the new layout is such a big problem, at least not on the Model 3. It's just that I think the older one was better.

Software update 2020.48.26.x update, font size problems

I think they should offer multiple layouts (and font sizes) and let the user choose. If you, for whatever reason, are not interested in driving visualizations you should be able to select a smaller size and use that space for map or cameras. They could even make the vertical line that divides...

Software update 2020.48.26.x update, font size problems

The thing is, I actually like the Model 3 UI as a whole. I think it's easy to use and generally well designed. Having said that, I really belive that the UI changes made for this version represent a significant downgrade and I don't like most of what they have done.

Software update 2020.48.26.x update, font size problems

I don't like the reduced map and camera views, but what I find most annoying is that, when holding the steering wheel, you completely block the view of the relocated warning indicators with your arm. Also, not having an external speaker on my Model 3, I don't miss Boombox at all. I like the new...

    2020.16.2.1

This is the first time I see a firmware update that gets a wide release in Europe for Model S and X, but not for Model 3... Virtually no Model 3 outside the USA (and Canada) has received 2020.16.2.1 yet.

    Phone App improvements - wishlist

You are right, that explains it. I'm using the Tesla charger. But I know a couple of third party connector cables that have Tesla-compatible release buttons on the handle. One of them is from a Spanish manufacturer (Polycharger) and is quite popular here.

    Phone App improvements - wishlist

The trick is that you don't need to actually open a door to wake up the car and unlock it. Pushing the handle a little is enough. Once the car is unlocked, the charge port light (the tesla T logo) will light up and then, no matter what, you should always be able to disconnect the cable by...

    Phone App improvements - wishlist

For that it's much faster to slightly push, no need to actually open the door, the rear left door handle (or any other, but that's the one closer to the charge port) and the car will wake up and unlock the charge port. That way you don't have to use the app.

But, yes, the thing is not working for me neither since 50.1 with almost the same behaviour as yours. I'm currently on 50.5

    Come here baby 2019.40.2.1

Same here in Spain. It seems that Stop Sign and Adjacent Lane updates are US only for the moment.
