Model 3 Performance Unplugged rear sway bar Track/street

As the title says, Unplugged rear sway bar for 3 Performance. See pics. $230 shipped within the continental U.S. Was on my old 2018 P before I removed it when I sold the car.

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

So I just emailed them. 10mm is the max they do for slip on spacers. Any bigger has studs on them. Ya i guess 7 turns might be fine in the streets. They charge $85 a pair for the 10mm. I'd rather just go with bolt on big spacers than pay 170 for 10mm when I have 8mm for 20bux that still allow...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

Oh nice. What do they charge for those? Why not just go to the 14mm instead of 10mm since that can be used with the ET lugs?

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

I heard it was 7.5 minimum or was it 8.5? i forget. When I say lip, I mean the hub lip to mimic the continuation of the hub. Normally, 5mm spacers don't have a hub lip. The stock wheel mating surface is carved out 2.5mm for the 70.5 mm lip before it goes to 64.1mm. The 8mm spacers were 20bux...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

So I did testing with the 8mm and 10mm spacer with stock and ET shank lugs from amazon that had those splines. 8mm spacer - normal lugs 7 turns so not enough to use 10mm spacer - ET lugs 12.5 turns, obviously didnt try regular lugs So none of these spacers had a lip. Even though the 10mm...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

LOL ya I noticed that after I bought them. Ooops.. I canceled... I thought they were M14. I still have my current ET lugs that I use. Those will have to do for now.

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

They seemed about the narrowest. Are they more narrow than the ones I have now? I will find out tomorrow LOL. I wanted to try them because the spline part is narrower and easier to get into wheel holes that are not as wide.

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

Ya like P3D-R said, measure the hole of the wheel first. These are the ones I currently have 20PC BLACK 14X1.5 THREAD EXTENDED (ET) STYLE CLOSE END WHEEL LUG NUT 3/4'' HEX | eBay. I bought these and they will be arriving tomorrow...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

I just was using a small 5mm spacer and tried those ET shanks a couple years back and they worked. I am going to be trying the 8mm and 10mm spacer tomorrow with those same lugs.

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

Ya, they are closed ended. They haven't bottomed out. I have about 37mm from open end to top of the lug.

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

Well the 3P has that lip due to the thinner rotor hat. That lip is just under 3mm. So that means you have almost 3mm of extra lug sticking out vs the non P cars. So technically you can put on a 8mm and should have enough thread to tighten 7.5 turns with the stock lugs. I will be trying this...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

I have ET shank lugs that have an OD of just under 16mm (15.86mm) that I have been using on my wheels, both OEM and TSW Watkins (just barely fit thru the TSWs). They won't fit through my SSR GTX01's or Enkei NT03s though :-( Have you looked at different lugs for something smaller than 17mm to...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Wow, very nice! So no rubbing anywhere on actual compression while hard driving? (autox type stuff)

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I have these wheels from my Lancer Evo with the same spec, that I want to fit, but I will have to grind the hell out of the calipers to get them to fit. How the hell do you not rub the tire on full compression with those spacers??

    Track Tire/wheel Set Advice

It will mainly be an autox car, with some possible light track days. I save the Evo and Miata for main track duties. Ya I understand the rings heat up, but I just don't like not having anything resting on the hub, but I guess that 3mm lip is enough to hold the wheel steady. Thanks!

    Track Tire/wheel Set Advice

So it would be more than 4-5mm clearance since the bigger diameter would be further up the control arm right? I would probably do a 3mm spacer to get it off the small lip and then just use hubcentric ring on the 64.1 hub. I just need to figure out if it will hit the outside fender when lowering...

    Track Tire/wheel Set Advice

I see the 18x9.5s fit. Can anyone confirm if the Dekgagrams in 19x9.5" fit the M3P? What is needed to fit over the lip on the hub, 3mm spacer? Thanks
