The problem here is how the number affect buying decision. Would you buy a 691HP P85D or a 463HP P85D for the same amount of money? Also note the 85d is now rated at 417hp and 1 sec faster to 60mph all the sudden. The difference between a S and P is shrink from 311HP to 46HP and 2 sec to 0.8...

So why the hack they put a 503hp motor there, when the battery isn't capable of supplying enough juice to the rear motor alone...

I had mine fixed 3 times, and it happened again after annual service... Having them to fix it the 4th time alone with new motor (the current one keep making dental cleaning noise from 16kph onward) installation next month .

2 possibilities: A) MB advertised the wrong HP like Tesla B) The SLS is geared toward mid-high speed acceleration while P85D is geared toward 0-60.

They used to advertise 500km of range (NEDC cycle) in Hong Kong. Taken off 4-5 months after model S was launch due to someone actually made a big argument with Tesla HK. After 29xxx km, the energy consumption is 261wh . and I have never reach 300km per charge, not even 250km 90% of the time...

i have never had a leak in my previous cars. (Japanese, German, Italian) and i have gone back to service center 3 times for my model s glass roof. ( 2x water leakage, 1x for not being able to open)

I doubt these are aftermarket. Cost too mush just to make a pair of LED headlights, and if they are mass production, we would have seen it for sell already.

is the final result any different if you are upgrading from a basic system and from a factory upgraded system?

I just changed the tweeters last night, night and day difference! I always found the sound is not clear and lack of "image" so I ordered a pair of tweeter and installed them with a friend last night~ BTW, I have the upgraded audio system.

I had the alignment done after I lowered the car.

The shop I use for alignment has deal with 4 model S already, and they actually have the stock spec in the alignment machine (Hunter).

I have the upgraded system, not satisfied.

I always found PSS to be very noisy. But that is just me
