Yes they decided to take 11.3.6 to a wide release via 2023.12.10 (so cars post 2022.45.15 could get it, except for HW4). The 11.4.1 and later beta still has some regressions that need to be sorted.

That makes sense. At least the FSD main branch is now ahead of my car release, so hopefully by the next update.

I have the opposite experience, the Auto wiper mode barely works for me. Had to put it on manually speed after pressing the wipe button 10x to clear the windshield. Had no problem in HW3 Model S.

Yes. Remove those first (I used a plier to turn the bolt), they secure the painted frame to a plastic block that is taped in place. I then sprayed Goo Gone around the block, and a few minutes later was able to pull it off. There are some YouTube videos on it.

FYI I just took delivery of a HW4 Model S Plaid today. It came with 2023.12.1. My old car (w/FSD) was on 2022.45.15 (11.3.6). Maybe FSD 11.5 branch will come to HW4. We can hope.

Delivery Day! Bright and sunny in Florida and the car looks amazing at first glance. Love how the red change color based on the light intensity. Then I start looking closely and notice that the whole back of the car looks like it had been hit by gravel during transit. This is a false-color...

Alright listed it for $89k on Autotrader. Their Private Exchange platform seems to make it easy to handle the funds and title transfer etc (been 20 years since I last sold a car privately). I asked a dealer friend and he said $77-80k seems to be wholesale at the moment...

At least on my 2021 Plaid it was just taped on and the Service Center removed it immediately after delivery.

Delivery is scheduled for Friday 28th (ordered March 10th). My 2021 Model S Plaid (15k miles, FSD) trade-in expired yesterday, and they requoted. It went from $80k to $69k! Seems like a big drop over 30 days, even accounting for the recent price drop. Not sure if I should cancel the delivery...

Tesla offered $80.6k for my '21 Plaid, 14,064 miles, FSD. Is that in the ballpark? New car specs out at $116k. Not buying FSD or the 21" wheels this time around.

I have exceeded 80 mph on the Interstate twice (since FSD Beta) and been put in AP jail for the rest of the drive. Very easy to do if speed is set to 79 mph and the car phantom brakes aggressively, so you blip the throttle to avoid getting rear ended! I have not received any indication of that...

You can always reboot the system BEFORE you go into Park (two finger salute, hold both scroll wheels down), and the current trip won't be recorded. I don't think that is cheating for trips with bogus FCW.

Good to know that I am not alone waiting. Refreshed S(s) that were previously accepted have received FSD 10.4 via firmware 2021.36.8.6, but very slow rollout according to TeslaFi. 17 cars on 10/8, 2 yesterday and non today.

99% over 308 miles and 6 days in a new Plaid, no FSD Beta yet. Guess I am stuck waiting on the 10.4 rollout to existing users before they add anyone new?

William - thanks for checking. Looks like it is not a hardware issue. The white distortion behind the speed sign is just the "autopilot nag" flashing, that is when noticed the pixelated gradient the most. Odd design decision.
