Have the same problem occasionally. I live in upstate NY so similar climate. Also have door pillar camera problems sometimes. there I can definitely see condensation under the protective window that covers the camera. These cameras are also sometimes blinded by the sun if it is low in the sky.

Thanks! I just downloaded the most recent version of the owner's manual. My original version did not have any information about the arcs that I could find. Even though I only got the car in May and it is HW3, it had a really old version of the software on it.

This is something different. What you are describing is the parking sensor displays which show how close the car is to fixed objects.

Sorry I didn't have time to upload this earlier. This typically occurs more frequently on the passenger side of the car but also sometimes on the driver's side when an oncoming vehicle passes.

Since the last update I now occasionally see semi-circular arcs briefly appear at the side of the Model 3 graphic on the display just under the speed read out while driving. Anyone know what causes this and what the significance is?

Was in Oslo two years ago. Tesla everywhere, mostly Model S's. My understanding is that the 25% VAT is waived for all electric vehicles, new and used, that have not been previously registered in Norway.
