Sorry, I didn’t take a picture. But, install is not hard. You can simply use inline tap connectors to connect each side of the resistor to each of the 2 wires that plug into the speaker.

I can confirm that a 4ohm 25w resistor does the trick and clears the fault.

Do they remove the existing tint on your lift gate and rear windows before installing the 25%? Also, how much does 70% on windshield affect viewing out of it? Never tinted a windshield before.
