This was a used car and this occurred prior to me taking delivery. I thought if I took it to a detail they could buff it out , make it look less noticeable..But unfortunately that was not the case. The detailers could not help. Not sure if the Service Center would of repaired free of charge...

The car came out great! Some minor scratches on trim, and a few minor cosmetic stuff. A good detail will take care of most. Much better then how it looked in the photos. The contact on the charge port door needs to be replaced (where you push it to open). I have a service appointment scheduled...

Update: I texted Joe asking for an update and he responded to me with the shipment confirmation. My order shipped out yesterday.

Looks great! We picked up our M3 at the Paramus Service Center but scheduled the detail for the Cherry Hill location as that is closer to us. Was your car NEW or Used when you bought it? Ours was Used, a 2018, and they washed/vacuumed but not a detail.

Congrats PNWLeccy! No transport fees either but a 2 hour drive for me. I have been reading that v2 seats were put in around that time. Was told this car was a demo/showroom which seems common for this color? Car fax shows a single owner, no accidents reported. Titled in 5/18

Also good to know about the bumper replacement! Did you notice any issues with the bumper per the pictures? I also was reading that you can get v2 seats installed in the rear for about 600 With the discount, it seems reasonable to pay for some of these fixes.
