8 years or 100K miles

Didn't intentionally withheld the mileage. In fact, 50K is pretty low for this car. I have the extended warranty of 7 or 8 years- i paid $3 or $4k for it if i remember correctly.

its an electronic issue... outdoor handles engage an electronic opening mechanism, unlike levered handles that are mechanical. I would call Tesla immediately. Should be a fairly easy fix.

I agree with a lot of what you said. Personally, I bought in with Tesla at $32 a share and have cashed out all but 1000 shares. I will keep those shares and just for posterity but agree the way Tesla has handled all of the recent news is just not acceptable. If this were Apple or another...

I did get them installed after delivery. When i bought the car they told me it had necessary protection for the seats should I choose to ever get them installed. I had them installed around early June. Received the car from Tesla in early December.

Wow... I had mine installed and they charged me $4K!!!! I am in Seattle and have VIN 1836... Part of me wants to call and ask them WTF? I thought it was really expensive but didn't have another person's to compare to....
