Since this post there was a software update to improve the vision parking sensors that is only compatible with hw4. For those that took delivery after uss removal and before hw4 are screwed. As I understand vision parking in its first iteration was terrible and not functional at all.

I’m in a very similar situation with 16+ visits on my 2022 X plaid. I’ve already told them to start the buyback process and they’re dragging their feet for weeks until I ask for updates to receive no progress. Do I still move forward and file a demand?

Any updates? With I bought mine in for the same reason try said it’s normal and refused to fix it.

I had the exact same thing on my 22 X plaid and my half shafts ended up needing replacing.

Jumping in to say I received my vin yesterday and today have a delivery date. Ordered Feb 2021. Plaid white/white 6 seater with FSD and 20 inch wheels.

I don’t think any plaids have been delivered. My plaid white/white 6 seater FSD order has been delayed 5 times. Has Feb 2022 EDD now. Which by now we all know EDD means nothing. Ordered Feb 2021.

If that’s true then it should at least be enabled for front passengers only. The user manual says feature is disabled if there are any rear passengers.

2019 July here. Based on the posts here it looks like this part will always eventually fail. I’m concerned this is a common point of failure in the S,X and now 3. There are aftermarket adjustable control arms that claim to resolve this. Tesla needs to provide a permanent fix or long term solution.
