I have experienced all of these as well. Tesla should also make AP2 disabled when the sun visor is down, its extremely unreliable when the sun is in both in the drivers eyes and the front camera. Sometimes the camera can't see the car directly in the front of it.

You should post this in the "For Sale" section, you will get more eyes on it that way also.

I thought Tesla replaces these as needed as part of the service for free?

I have the app on the iPhone 7 and also noticed that lately I am not getting the notifications about software updates. I have in the past however. It's kind of hit and miss really.

I had mine fixed on two occasions and Tesla Service took care of it. I had to pay of course but they hire a mobile rim repair guy to take care of it.

I think it already does this and I agree! People need to be extremely patient with the system and as the instructions say many many times, they need over 100 Million Miles driven before they get out of "Beta" mode for AutoPilot and it will improve over many months this year.

I would think to solve some of the issues above, stay in the 2nd lane and not the exit lane. That's what I plan to do when I get a chance to test after calibration is done.

All windows down was a feature I had in my P85 and I miss it when it was removed. I asked that they add the option as a setting that can be disabled by default but can be made enabled in the cars preferance settings! Enable it during the summer, disable in in the fall!

I apologize if this is obvious but have you tried speaking "dial 9-1-1" verses saying call? EDIT: Nevermind, I tried it and it didn't work! "Dial 6-1-1" and "Dial 4-1-1" however, did work! It seems very specific to 911!

I am worried about the ventilation back there and right now I don't put my little guys back there on hot days. Did the tinting help? How much? How dark did you go and I have always been hesitant about tinted windows because visibility to me is way more important.

After seeing the P+ aftermarket pricing, I fear the cost of these retrofits as well.

I plan on camping in the Model S. I have little ones and every time we camp tent, they get sick. It's gotten so bad that we never tent camp anymore but will next time we do and stay inside the car.

I also thought about the chrome far down in the rear, but it hangs so low that it would also be susceptible to scrapes and not worth the drama to wrap it.

With laser I'm not worried about side or the rear for Laser defuses. They typically will ping you from the front and WAAAY in front at that.
