We drove about 45,000 km on our first generation Volt, with our 2 gen. we are at 68,000 already with 50,000 of them electric, we drive and travel a lot.

By default the settings are to become ICE under -1, but you can change it to -10.

Yes exactly. I think it was pretty stupid idea to kill one of the best plug-in on the market. My ideal garage would be an EV for the everyday drive (Model3 in my case) + plug-in SUV with good battery (150 km lets say) and gas (another 500 km) range for travel. I love the combo that I have now...

I have iPhone XS Max. Had similar issue but for a short period of time, this last one was for half of the day.

No, I don't do 100% everyday. I am at 90% for everyday drive in winter. My commute both ways is about 180 km + sentry mode and sometimes some extra drive, so it could be tight sometimes. In summer I am good at 80% for everyday drive.

I signed out from and app and sign in back it didn't help, but then after an hour or so the problem was gone. No idea what was the reason.

No special access is required there. You need to have an app (ChargePoint) or you can use your credit card to start charging. Here is how ICIng is done...
