I just got a earlier EDD on my order. I ordered July 5th (MYP MSM/white interior/tow) and just got a updated EDD of August 30 to October 6. My original EDD was Oct 16-Nov 27.

Depends on the rate your local body shop charges. And the rates can vary a lot in different areas. I had a small dent in my front bumper and it cost $770 to fix. Just take it to a Tesla approved body shop and they can usually get you a estimate quickly.

They must've just recently changed their rate beat program. I used them towards the end of July and they beat a competitor rate. At that time I don't think they mentioned anything about the competitor rate having to be a for a unsecured loan also.

I found out the part they have to replace will be there on Thursday. Impressed with how fast Tesla got the part sent. Body shop ordered on Friday evening, part shipped on Monday. If the part comes in as scheduled should have my car back by the end of the week

So far all p3d- rear motors have been the 980 motor and the recent LR AWD models have had the 990 motor. So people are looking to see if any 990 motors are being used in the performance models or if all performance models have the 980 motor still. See my post above on what to look for to see...

There is a stickler on the rear motor that can be seen behind the driver side rear wheel. I attached a picture of my sticker so you know what it looks like

Mine was delivered as a regular LR AWD also and got the software update within 24 hours. I'd like to get the red line added to the car too but my closest service center is over 3 hours away. Does anyone know if they would send me the updated badge or would mobile service come out to install it?

Yes I have it and I believe everyone so far has it. If it is greyed out on the screen you have it. The car must be in park and foot on brake to turn on track mode.

For the dashcam/sentry you might want to look into using a fast SD memory card 128gb to 256gb in size. They can be had reasonably cheap and they are a lot more durable than a USB drive or ssd. Just get a USB sd card adapter for it to work.

You might want to look at lightstream for your loan, that's who I used. They can give unsecured loans if you have good credit score and sufficient assets. What I did was get approved somewhere else for a lower interest rate and they matched it for me. you could apply for loan in your name but...

It comes with the mobile charger and the J1772 adapter. It doesn't come with the 14-50 adapter anymore.

I can definitely tell a difference. The old acceleration was already the fastest car I have owned but having the performance unlocked takes it to a different level. It's a blast to drive.

I don't think mine has homelink and the tires on it are the Michelin primacy mxm4

I don't think it is a full revision because the version of software on my car was unchanged. It just unlocked all the performance stuff on the car. It also didn't prompt me to install the update, it just did it automatically.

I called another service center this morning and spoke with a competent tech. He put in for my car to be updated to the performance and about 2 hours later the performance upgrade came through. I have track mode and sport acceleration with the dual motor red underline. Now I need to just take it...

Definitely not anything in the low 3's 0-60 acceleration. Hopefully it'll update on it's own. I really appreciate everyone's response! And if it doesn't I'll start calling places.
