    Who wants in on a class action lawsuit? ;-)

    Just to chime in, I've got a CPO 2014 60 with 65k. 90% gets me 156. Supercharge occasionally, but rarely have under 30%, and never charge over 90%.

    175 I drove it from Denver to KC, and that was a frustrating drive. Thankfully for my purposes in the city it's been great so far. My daily commute is no more than 15-20 miles max, and I have a charger that's free at work. Plus the car has supercharging which is great as well.

    Appreciate all the feedback! I ended up deciding to pass on the 40, because I got a 2014 60 with 2 1/2 years/40k of CPO warranty for essentially the same price. Really happy with it, and glad I waited it out a few days and didn't pull the trigger on the 40. I can't imagine having less range...
