Happened to my 2017 model S this week. Just got update cold temperature improvement. I used preheat. A u shape windshield cracked Not covered under warranty. Avoid preheat use.

You cannot buy from Tesla in Ontario, if you are in Alberta. unless you have Ontario drivers license. I got my model 3 new in Quebec. No more. Now within the province. My rep told me this. You can still buy in Ontario but not from tesla

@Venom21 I don't have personal experience, but I believe it is a good place to check. Also check Tesla site for used... Now no inventory.. You will get balance of warranty plus 1 year with Tesla. I got mine last year and fixed everything within 10 days of ownership. All good since, enjoy it.

Did my model 3 2019 this week. $175. was quoted extra $61 saying heavy corrosion. I question it. Tesla revised the quote. around $175. I did the filter as well. Filters $46 plus $26 labour.

Good it resolved the issue. You still need to go to sc? for me my Tesla apps cannot connect to my model S. I log out and back in same. I use the fob to unlock door and lock same. The apps can connect to my model 3. finally it connected after 15-20minutes. Anyone know why? Thanks.

Congrats. Enjoy the car. Drive it a lot the next few weeks. When I got mine, within a week I went in for warranty work. They took care of all issues. Front drive unit Charging port Mobile charging unit. Replaced. Since then after 5 months no issues.

Used Model S I did get 1 in June. 2017 100d. Just upgraded to mcu2 today. bought 2019 model 3 new both are good to drive. They are different. Ms is more luxurious.
