My experience taking Tesla to court about FSD

Is anyone else making a claim against a finance company (rather than Tesla directly)? DM if you'd prefer to talk in private.

My experience taking Tesla to court about FSD

Hi All. Just referencing my earlier posts here: https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/posts/8027349/ https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/posts/8027514/ As the foundation of our claims is regarding the misleading marketing of Tesla, I'm finding it difficult to rationalise that my claim should be against...

My experience taking Tesla to court about FSD

Speaking with the finance company on this matter, they confirmed they would not be liable for this issue as their liability begins from the point of sale in relation to any issues with the vehicle that were present at the time. As there were no actual faults with the vehicle, and the issue is...

My experience taking Tesla to court about FSD

It seems you are correct, Ed: https://www.businesscompanion.info/focus/car-traders-and-consumer-law/part-b-your-obligations-under-consumer-rights-act-2015-cra That's me out for now unfortunately, until someone with more experience than me can prove this is a viable route.

My experience taking Tesla to court about FSD

A question for those more legally versed than me. I purchased a Model 3 with FSD in 2019 via Black Horse finance (the official or "default" finance company for Tesla at the time). Legally speaking, it seems the finance company purchased the car from from Tesla, and then financed it to me. How...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

Here's my P3 with Bloxsport 20mm rear and 15mm front. I know, I need to give it a wash and take some proper photos.

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

I don't see how this works. I've seen a lot of people say ~5mm is the maximum you can go with a basic spacer, without using a double bolt spacer or replacement longer studs. The M3P has 32mm studs, so I guess it needs ~27mm of stud for the required safe amount of nut rotations (~7.5). With...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

That's 15mm in the pic? Looks like it might poke a little. My wheel recesses/cavities are ~18mm (2019 M3P). Studs are 32mm. So I guess 15mm spacers would just fit, with 1mm to spare. I think the H&R DRS spacers are available in 10mm that come with replacement studs. Could be a good option...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

Thanks for the pics, the rear is perfectly snug at that height, 20mm is spot on. I know 10mm front would be the sweet spot but not easily possible, I wonder if 15mm on the front is too much.

Thanks for this, helps a lot. Do you have any more pics of the 20mm/5mm setup?
