There are a fair number of posters on facebook that got no call at all but got the '20th June' delivery text. Seems the call may be linked to some order specifics. My Order Agreement disappeared too and I'm SR+ so don't have any price changes. I have a copy so it's not a concern.

I'm not sure how much of a difference that would make. I personally only look at the registration year and month when looking at used cars. The plate is incidental. Although a 69 plate will have slightly better residual humour.

I know it's not easy to get through right now but they can sort that with one phone call. I initially chose 'part-ex' then changed my mind but the UI offered no way to change it back so I called them and they sorted it in seconds.
