As an update - hit another SuperCharger today and my loot box is now showing correctly. I had a balance of ~4,300 and now it shows ~4,700.

About the same for me. VIN hit the source page around 4-5 days after ordering. Showed up on my Tesla account about 2 days after. Whole process was 2 weeks from order to delivery.
