Having the same problem with Galaxy S20, started about a month ago I guess. Cleared cache and App data, but that didn't work. Suspect a change to Android broke the ability for some Android phones to download the data. Used an old tablet, Samsung Tab S3 and it worked. So definitely, an Android issue.

Evidently, if you look at the codec on TeslaCam videos you can tell if you've got AP 3 or AP 2.5. The AP 2.5 is h.264 and the AP 3 is h.265. Please take with the appropriate grain of salt!

Yeah, it's probably the week of the year that the branch was created, then the next two digits are patch levels for that release, but I agree, the 2019.20 doesn't signify anything other than when it was created.

2019.20.2.1 - Doesn't have the enhanced summon, just a change to Dog Mode (sends alerts) and auto display brightness change. I don't think you get 'non-stable branches' of the software unless you are in the Early Access Program and I don't think the Advanced setting doesn't toggle this.

It appears the release is just now starting to roll out. I expect you'll see 2019.20.2.1 shortly, especially, if you've got the 'advanced' software option selected.
