I have used No. 1 for a rear ended. The tech there and the BCAA agent mentioned the reason for delays is parts being delayed at customs. Other than some miscommunication they were great to deal with and I had my car back in about a week. I didn’t need any replacement parts though.

I had a message from my delivery advisor notifying me of the change and that she could re apply for the better rate. I had to approve reapplying but she did all the work on her end. It took a few hours to show on my account.

VIN disappeared and delivery pushed from May 24th to June 6th. I also had my payment method confirmed without actually confirming which is strange.

Update. I now have a VIN assigned but no confirmation email/text/call for delivery and as per the point of contact I should ignore the delivery date provided for now.

Ordered May 11th Blue/Black SR+. I was told to expect delivery in June but have a May 24th date popping up now but no VIN assigned. Fingers crossed!
