Same, issues with it maintaining Bluetooth and even Wifi hotspot. It keeps connecting and disconnecting. Reset both the phone and the car and it didn't help

That didn’t work, it wouldn’t turn on. I deleted the car Bluetooth setting on my phone and re-added it. That seemed to fix it.

Even at lvl 2 you are saving quite a bit over an ICE car. I would calculate your car usage on lvl 2 rates. I doubt they will change things, it would require another meter to track EV charging. I can see BCHydro do special rates for commercial chargers though.

I use Android Auto,it auto turns on when I get into the car. The I use voice commands through the phone to read/reply. Not elegant but it works.
