My apologies for the miscommunication. Yes, it is refurbished battery with an old outer case and battery built with all new cells.
I gave Tesla Rocklin SC my car on Jan 22nd, 2020 and they replaced my old HV battery with a refurbished 85 KW battery and were able to test it and fully supercharge...
You will get the exact same new battery meaning if you have 85 KW battery, Tesla will give you another brand new 85 KW battery if its under warranty. Please feel free to clarify with the SC technicians as well. Hope this helps

It's the same issue I am facing. Check with the local SC and request them if they can get the car towed or if they can reimburse you or your insurance for getting the car towed to SC

Thanks Stan, I am in similar situation as I drive 2013 MS P85 currently have 21" turbine wheels and I am going to replace them with 19" slipstream I just bought used on this forum and I am going to use my existing gen 1 sensors and keep the gen 2 sensors if I need it in future. Thanks again.
