So, I talked to my Tesla rep and they cant deliver the car if I live in Gatineau. Ottawa they deliver to your home but not if you live in Gatineau. So I have to pick it up in Montreal.

I got more info and its really not a good idea to take the road without winter tires. In Quebec there is a law and if something happens, you are liable.
I will ask for home delivery if possible and I have read that Tesla service center sells Michelin X-ice so will ask if that is also possible.
For those who took delivery in Winter in Quebec, what is the strategy? In Quebec, there is a law that we have to put on winter tires by end of November.
Getting the delivered in Montreal (im from Ottawa) is presenting a dilemma. Do I bring winter tires and have them put them on? What did you do?
For those who got Quebec's incentive after they bought, do you know if you can ask for a refinance after paying the 8,000 on the loan to lower the bi-weekly or monthly payments?
For those who live in Quebec, when you got your provincial incentive: if you used it on your loan after getting the car, did you ask for an adjustment of the monthly payment?
Provincial taxes are not included, not all fees appear to be there. I would like to have an idea of what the final pricing looks like.

I was thinking of meeting with my bank and get a car loan that would cover everything: charger, deposit etc. Then I would file for the Federal and Provincial incentives and pay that back.
Has anyone used this approach? Any advice?
