Had this issue pop up after a 12v reset a couple days ago. As an aside, the 12v reset fixed my USB ports and seat heaters. After a couple days, it went away on its own.

Installing the speaker amp and DSP today. Will the finished product and the averaged frequency response (taken with a UMIK-1) with the aftermarket audiofrog sub and speakers running off the stock system.

@dazzle very realistic. There’s a very noticeable improvement in just the dash speakers and tweeters. Make sure you get the tools mentioned earlier - unless you’re like me and don’t mind spending an eternity wrenching with a vice grip and torx bit.

@davitsio was kind enough to print brackets for 6-3/4” door speakers for me. They fit perfectly on my audiofrog gs60’s. Will be installing tonight or tomorrow.

Awesome! Could I purchase a couple prints of his “cut and drill” style brackets from you? I believe he posted both STL files. I received the Audiofrog GS60’s and I’m anxious to get them installed.

No dice on the morel. Installation would require modification of the door mounting plastic or grinding off the 3/16” metal mounting rim of the speaker - no thank you. Decided to switch over to Audiofrog GS10, GS40, GS60 and 1 GS12D4 Subwoofer. Door woofers and sub powered by a Hertz HCP5d...

Howdy, I received the 3D printed test bracket today and mocked it up on one of my Morels. I ended up removing the mounting ring with a knife to allow the speaker to fit flush. If the ring was printed on the outside rather than the inside, then it would fit the Morels. Not sure if it would fit...

@davitsio thank you! Let me see if I can get one printed locally and attempt to adapt to the Morels. EDIT: Ordered 1 from 3Dhubs in PLM to test fit and adapt. They were the cheapest out of 10 quotes at $62 shipped.

I would buy in a heartbeat assuming it is compatible with Morel MSW 265s. I can produce a spec sheet if needed next week.

Ordered a black LR AWD on 4/29 ~9pm, only option selected was FSD. Received the coordination email 7:18am the next morning! Matched up with a vin at 3:30pm on 4/30. Delivery was available on 5/8 but I am out of town so we rescheduled.
