The LA SC is now closed on Sundays. I never had an issue with it interfering with my work schedule since they offer the valet service and drop off a loaner.

No idea how many cars are affected. I didn't care to ask. The process was so easy I didn't even have time to think about it. The 30% soc made sense since they needed a bit of range to drive it back to the service center about 15 miles away. If it helps, I have a VIN S005xx.

His alert would say "tire pressure low" when there is a tire "pressure" issue. It appears that the "system needs service". When I switched to my 21" TSportlines I came from 19" wheels and my Service Center re-programmed the thresholds for 21" specs and my alert went away. Give that a shot...

This apparently was a rumor started from a Northern California Service Center. The person that stated this may no longer be around.

I have the new rotors and the squeal came back. My service advisor told me to drive the car on "Regen Low" from time to time and that eats up the brake dust making the noise go away.

I've opted out for now. The weather in LA is pretty much the same everyday and doesn't get too hot. Summer's also over so the noise hasn't bothered me too much. I did hear that all of the newer cars have this installed from the factory.

Tesla does not sell parts to non approved body shops. Going with a new car is a better option. I'm sure that its in the Tesla records somewhere that your car is going to be a salvage. Especially since you've already taken it to an approved body shop and have communicated your concerns with Tesla.

No need to worry. Its just the tire. Tire repair is pretty painless and easy. Go to a shop like Les Schwab or Discount Tire.

They went away from the camber bolts. I had them for a bit and the last time my car was in service they were removed. Nothing unusual about tire wear either. I trust my service advisor enough to not ask why. Like most of the fixes i'm starting to realize that its just mental fixes for paranoid...

I was able to force my screen to wake up by holding the scroll buttons until the screen came back on. I held the buttons down for almost 2 minutes.

My pano roof tracks were cleaned out by my service dept. and that worked.

What caused your Model S to be misaligned? If you kick your rear tires hard enough or graze a curb you can cause the alignment to go out of place. I curbed a wheel and pushed my alignment was off.

They will not replace it every time. Service was able to determine that it was an issue with my outlet by sending an electrician. There was too much current to one prong causing an overheating issue.

I got this update too. Its because our 21 inch grey wheels were delivered with chrome lug nuts instead of black. It looks so much better!

I just got my rear facing seats in and may be selling mine as well. Its still wrapped and packaged. I may sell my floor cover too.

The front nosecone is really easy to remove on the production models so I actually bought a spare nosecone that will have a plate installed on it if I ever need it.
