If you listen to most of the test drive videos from the model 3 reveal, the drivers made it a point to focus mostly on the ride, glass roof, acceleration etc. They purposefully stayed away from discussing the screen or UI of the screen unless directly asked. I think it is not the final concept...

I have to say that I am a bit bummed that "Non tech" packages cannot even use a "limited" navigation for charging purposes on trips. I don't really understand how the "entire" fleet benefited with this release as well except for more chargers showing on my map.

Hello Hank, I followed your method but stopped at the part of lining up the correct ends of the positive wires with each other on the OBDII port. I believe you cut them at an angle and found the correct side by trial and error. Those wires are very thin.. Any other way to get the right side...

No I dont see them as sales tactics.. That was the reason that I pulled the trigger.. I expect to drive/own this car for 20-25 years by changing only tires, rotors, bearings, drive trains, batteries etc. along the way. I also expect to step up in batteries along the way to a larger range battery...
