Same Boat Here P85D with MCU2 upgrade - IMHO we have a Tesla Unicorn, - Nothing out there (Currently) makes me jump. - Warranty expires Dec 2023 and actually planning on revamping it with a custom red interior and just enjoy it for at least 3 more years

It depends on your location. It will be shipped from zip code 33322 in FL. The shipping box weight is 8 lb. You can quote it with UPS ground which could be the least expensive.

Up for sale before I put this in eBay is a great Taptes Center console. I used it in my model S until recently when I got a full console with integrated back cup holders. It works and looks great! $300 buyer pays shipping.

This morning - nothing was working, So I unplugged the unit from the OBD port for a few seconds and plugged it back in. Now EVERYTHING WORKS! even the menu button! (the only thing left is the homelink - but I can live without it. Thank you guys for all the help!! @appleguru @Akikiki...

@domodan Not sure if you are aware that the only way to get a kit is to buy it from someone that purchased it back when the project was active (2019) You can always check the for-sale threads and maybe reach out to someone who posted that they were selling theirs.

I have always wondered how to figure out you need a battery replacement,... If the car shows an error message, or is something you need to monitor in another way. I am still under warranty and would love to know what are the indicators for a bad battery...

Yup that is the one I installed. 1 1/4 I ended up cutting 1" off the tip so it hides even more. Also added a 3d printed cover piece that goes around it. Looks pretty good IMO
