2022 Model Y Auckland - NO LTE connectivity for 2 days

Auckland - NZ Hi 👋 my 2022 Model Y - is not connecting to LTE (premium connectivity) for the last 2 days and the APP doesn’t pick up the car “parked” unless the car is on home WIFI. Please help
