Some of the early models came without the release spring, you were supposed to move it from your original wheel. Could that be the case? Are you sure the spring is there?

No, none of these screens void the warranty, unless you have to drill into the dash or something then warranty is void ONLY for the altered pieces. It's just like plugging in an OBD reader in a car.

If you get one make sure to get it from AliExpress, it's basically half the price, and the same exact unit. As you can see from mine, even Hansshow compiled firmware works on it without an issue.

Windows 11 can still format fat16 if you plug in a small enough device. It will just show up as fat.

Not to be discouraging but a new off-the-lot Model 3 RWD would come to around 29K after tax credit and NY state rebate. I guess EAP should add some value, but after seeing that Tesla values FSD about $3000 for trade ins I don’t know how much it should be in your case. I understand not everyone...

There is no manual release for the frunk. However there are two leads under the tow hook cover that you can use to jump the 12V battery if you think that might be dead.

If EAP was $2K I would definitely get it. For FSD I guess $5K sounds okay, but I don’t know if I need it, so I will go for it only if it’s tied to the account not the car so I can move it to the next car.
