Perhaps I should explain about the username. I want an EV that will succeed my 4Runner. Something with 9+ inches of ground clearance. A 400 mile range. Manual doors. A full size spare tire. Adjustable (i.e. more) regenerative braking. Recovery points. Skid plates.

I love my Model S, don't get me wrong, but it (and the Model X) are not built for off-road duty.
