    +100!! I have the same car from the same vintage... and feel the same way. After playing with the new console, it doesn't look or feel as nice as the carbon-fiber piece in the floor-based console. I like the nose cone look, especially from the side.

    Reasons I like my "classic" nose cone

    I like owning the original Musk design that changed the world. It's beautiful. Besides, not a fan of the painted sills which make the car look bigger and less sleek - from a profile view. Especially in white.

    You will not miss the 550. I have had AMGs, Audi S-class performance cars, etc. The P85D has destroyed any appreciation I had of those machines.
