Likely the reason why you can't find it is due the 2021 version of the GoodYear Eagle All Season has been discontinue. If you look for a 2023 Model S 21" Rim it would show up in the search. They are the exact same rim, just the OEM 2021 version of the tires is no longer available.

You can always go with the All-Season that comes from the factory for the 21" GOODYEAR EAGLE SPORT ALL-SEASON...
