No actual progress, but one of the haircut places (the one next to the boba place) is being replaced with a sub sandwich shop.

10 days or so ago I could not file since the form was not there, but then I was able to file with t-tax on the 17th. I claimed credits for Solar, Heat Pump, and Heat Pump Hot Water Heater.

Very cool. I live right by there and walk to that Vons all the time. I've long thought that lot would me a a good Supercharging location.

For reference, here is my 12' Ocean Kayak Malibu Two on my Model 3. I just lift it up and set it in the saddles from the side. Much easier than they way I would basically throw it up on top of my Grand Cherokee.

Very cool. This will be the closet station to me. I don't count that hotel pay garage slow-charge location. Off peak supercharging, even after the latest price increases, is still less than SDGE.

Kayaking in my case. I'll probably take my phone with me - inside a small water resistant phone pouch, inside a dry bag, inside a not-waterproof backpack, in the hold of my Sit-On-Top - so I expect it will stay dry. If I find myself worried about my phone while I'm out there I'll bring a keycard...

This is how it could work: 1. Open door with keycard. 2. Reach in and grab your phone. 3. Close the door. 4. Turn on BT. 5. Use the app to lock your doors. Then use your phone to unlock as normal? * step 5 may not be necessary.

I was in the area this morning for the first time in 3 weeks. They are still covered and there is still only 12.
