Resolved. Myself being a dumb ass and the app not being that clear. Didn’t realise I had to select the model and charger before going any further. 🤦

My octopus app will not go past the “You’re on the Intellegent Octopus Go Tarrif” but won’t go any further (connect device, add virtual key or test connection) but the devices tab still isn’t in the app and the octopus app didn’t request any reconnect through Tesla either.

When I spoke to the “manager” the more data they recieve the easier it is to help resolve the issues. So I would urge everyone who is having issues to take photos and provide the exact location where it happened. The more logs they receive and more evidence hopefully it will speed things up.
