I have these mirrors and it makes the car so much safer, you can see your blind spot and almost 3 lanes on either side if adjusted correctly. My advice is to not get the blue tinted ones if your front windows are tinted.

This is exactly what I did, not only is the Tesla dashcam terrible quality with narrow FOV, it's wildly unreliable. I'll buy a cheap 100 dollar dashcam for reliability, video quality and audio.

I had a similar problem and it was due to the antenna range, I extended the antenna with about 10 inches of 24 awg wire and it works great now. Here's a video, this guy went nuts and extended it wayyyy out there. I don't think that's necessary but do whatever works for you.
