Did my windshield tint lead to this crack?

I had a crack a day or two after I heard (but didn't see) a rock hitting my windshield as well. Windshield was tinted by the previous owner and I hated the tint, so I'm kinda happy I got it replaced. I went through Tesla for the repair and they messed up my interior a-pillar trim but replaced it...

How do I remove seat bottom trim to replace the seat control switch?

Even with the seat raised up, there's only about 1" of clearance between the screw head and that black colored bar underneath it. I've tried maneuvering some torx allen key to remove it, but then figured that once it's all the way out, it'll be hitting that bar at the bottom so it's a total no go.

How do I remove seat bottom trim to replace the seat control switch?

Seat is all the way forward...screw is still obstructed.

How do I remove seat bottom trim to replace the seat control switch?

There's a torx screw holding the front of the seat bottom trim that I have no way to access because of some mechanism in the way. How does one remove the seat bottom trim that holds the seat adjustment switch? Picture attached showing how the screw is not accessible.

    Scheduled Precondition on Sick Day

If I charge for free at work, why would I want to pay for the preconditioning at home?

Passenger seat adjuster switch broken. Again.

I just got my car used a few weeks ago, and the backrest recline switch came broken. I've just put a paperclip in my center console storage bin to actuate it if I need to.

Raised "Bumps" in Bumper Where Fastened to Vehicle

Really odd they're still having this issue - I had the same thing when I took delivery of my 2018 (VIN 9XXX) Model 3 and they sent it to a body shop to get fixed under warranty. I do not know what caused it.

Mobile Charger: Do I need it?

Other than the faster charging available with the wall connector, I don't see very much benefit in it. I would rather just have a 14-50 installed at home and use the mobile connector. That gives you the flexibility to use the mobile connector anywhere.

    Cabin Air Filter

I bought an $8 replacement filter set from Amazon and did it myself. I found the hardest part was removing the console panel. I had 4 or 5 of the plastic clips that stayed in the holes in the console, and had to remove those carefully so they wouldn't fall inside the console and be lost...

Tesla knows MCU with eMMC Fix Still has Problems (we need NHTSA to force the fix)

I believe the lemon law only applies if the initial occurrence of the problem happens within the 18 months or 18k miles of the warranty period.

    Nav System, Music glitchy

These symptoms sound exactly like what I observed on my MCU1 vehicle. Service said my emmc was fine, so my only option was to upgrade to MCU2 and hope that I can get a refund if they finally recall all the MCU1's for being inadequate for the recent software.

Issues with Homelink after Upgrade to MCU 2.0

I'm having an issue with homelink after MCU2 upgrade as well. My issue is the opposite - after a cold start and reversing out of the garage, it won't close the garage. Here are my steps: 1) Walk into the garage and use the wall pad to open my garage door 2) Get in the car and back out. The...

is Standby Mode draining your battery?

I think I lost around 8% of my battery in 24 hours right after V10 was applied and the car not moved. That is a serious waste of electricity...

    Sentry Mode

Found a really annoying bug when using sentry mode this morning. Got back into my car and that big red eye was sitting in the middle of my display. Stayed there even after I started the car and put it in both reverse and forward gears. I had to pull over and do a scroll wheel reboot to get...
