No wrap on my car, but I do have a carseat on the side that won't close. Maxi-cosi brand/style. Bulky but doesn't touch the door. My 2 year old says "FAIL!" when the door stops short. SC said it would be a firmware fix, but the new firmware they pushed to my car didn't help at all.

Anyone have a fix for this? I tried the 45 second up/down but it didn't work. The FWD gets stops about 80% of the time now and I have to press "close" multiple times to get the door to close completely. Service center appointment in Burlingame, CA is 6 weeks out.

I have the same partial close issue on the passenger side. Quite annoying as I need to watch the door close completely and confirm it shut before starting to walk away.

Does anyone know if repair time of "fit and finish" issues count towards the 30 days in the California lemon law?

All seats are preforated with the non sig PUP. Only the front two are ventilated.

Actually in that pic you posted there appears to be a very small wrinkle/crease in the top left corner of the photo (rear corner of the seat cushion). SC says these types of creases are normal because the material is so soft and supple. I wonder if it is poor craftsmanship. Your pic also...

I have rattles all over. They seem to multiply and get louder daily. It's been to the SC once and it wasn't fixed. Going back in tomorrow.

Service advisor confirmed it is a torque sensor in the steering column/rack, not a pressure/grip sensor on the wheel. So you need to provide some drag/resistance on the wheel for the message to go away on the X.

I have the same super loud fan noise with the AC on if it is a warm day. Today was about 72 degrees, and I heard it. Once the car unlocks it kicks on to "cool down" the car. It drew several confused/concerned stares from people nearby because it was so loud. I have no idea if its normal.

Yes, it senses torque or turning resistance. This was confirmed by my service advisor when I told him the "grip" sensor wasn't working. He also said the Model X requires slightly more torque than the Model S to make the warning go away.
