Called service; known issue. They are going to replace the connectivity board again. Last time it was replaced, LTE would now work.

I tried to 'press the brake pedal as I get into the car before I close the door' but that did not work. I also deleted all the profiles including my own and readded just mime. That did not help either.

I put down a reservation for a CT on 11/22/2019 but it does not show up in my Tesla account (I have a MS). Anyone know if (1) it should show up and (2) if so, how/who do I contact at Telsa to get that corrected?
